Apply for Participation
Select the category or categories you want to participate in and submit your application. You can choose as many categories as you like. For each category, you need to submit a separate application.

Record Your Choreography
You can complete your payment and send your video until 02/03/2025. Attention! Before sending the video, make sure you have read: a) the time limits for the videos, b) the video rules, c) the general terms of the competition.

Send Your Video
To participate, send your video by 02/03/2025. You can send your video in any way you prefer. It is recommended to use WeTransfer and send it to the email dancelinkgr@gmail.com. Don’t forget to include your participation number that will be provided.

Scoring
The videos will be judged between 03/03/2025 and 13/03/2025 by reputable judges.

Results
The results will be announced in a live stream (for those who wish to participate) on YouTube during the weekend of 22-23/03/2025, and then the detailed results will be sent to each contestant via email. Scores below 70 will not be published in the live stream (though videos will be, provided the dancer has consented). If the number of videos is very large, some dance styles may be shown during the weekend of 29-30/03/2025 (or on Fridays, 21 and 28/03).

Who can participate?
The competition is open to everyone!
Can I add the sound after filming the video?
Yes, you can add sound to the video, except for the Flamenco category, as the footwork should be distinct.
Can I use video from competitions or performances or from another event?
It can be used as long as there is no logo that doesn’t belong to you or people who haven’t consented to the video being submitted.
Where should the video be filmed?
There are no location restrictions. It can be filmed in your studio, a theater, an outdoor location, or any other place.
Will I be exposed if I receive a low score?
The goal of our competition is to promote your work and the dance scene in Greece and Cyprus. Scores under 70% will not be publicly announced.
How will I know my results?
The results will first be announced on our live YouTube stream, where only videos of participants who wish to will be shown. Later, the results will be emailed to each participant individually.
How can I pay?
You can pay after submitting your participation request. We will then send you the payment details via email. You can pay either by bank transfer or via IRIS.
What are the restrictions for the videos?
Videos must have a minimum resolution of 720p. Additionally, in all categories except artistic videos, the video must be filmed with a single camera, without scene changes and without interruption. Zooming is allowed, but it should not interfere with judging the choreography and technique (there are no restrictions for artistic videos). Be mindful of the time limits for each category.
What are the criteria for winning prizes?
The rules for this will be posted soon. Unlike last year, the top three in each category will receive a trophy or medal, regardless of their score.
